Hello Friends, Rainy weather has prevailed in isolated areas of the state. Heavy rain has also fallen in many see areas. Heavy to very heavy rain has been predicted by the Meteorological Department on 26th, 27th and 28th.
Very heavy rain forecast in which districts on 26th
There is a possibility of heavy rain in the state on 26th. A red alert has been given for rain in Valsad of South Gujarat. Very heavy rainfall is likely in the areas of this district . Orange alert has been given in Bhavnagar, Navsari and Dang. Heavy to very heavy rain is likely at isolated places in these districts. Amreli, Ahmedabad, Anand, Vadodara, Bharuch, Narmada, Surat and Tapi are forecasted with yellow alert.
Rain forecast in which districts on 27th – very heavy rain
Heavy rain is likely in Saurashtra and South Gujarat areas on 26th. Orange alert of rain has been given in Bhavnagar and Valsad. Heavy to very heavy rain is likely at isolated places in both these districts. Heavy rain is likely at isolated places over Gir Somnath, Amreli, Bharuch, Surat, Navsari, Dang, Tapi, Narmada and Chhota Udaipur.
Rain forecast in which districts on 28th – very heavy rain
On 28th there may be a slight reduction in rainfall areas. There is a possibility of heavy rain in some areas of Central Gujarat and Saurashtra. Yellow alert of rain has been given in Dahod, Chotaudepur, Panchmahal and Bhavnagar. There is a possibility of heavy rain at scattered places in these areas.
